Terms & Conditions of Membership
These Terms & Conditions set out the responsibilities of members, parents/guardians, and Auchterarder Gymnastics Club (“the Club”). By registering your child with the Club, you agree to abide by these conditions.

1. Membership Requirements
• All gymnasts must hold a valid Scottish Gymnastics membership to train within the Club.
• Membership must be renewed annually via Scottish Gymnastics.

2. Club Information & Code of Conduct
• Parents/guardians and gymnasts are required to read the Member Information which includes the Club Codes of Conduct.
• Highlights of these documents include:
• Respect for coaches, volunteers, and fellow gymnasts.
• Safe, responsible behaviour inside and outside the gym.
• Commitment to punctuality, correct kit, and positive participation.
• By registering, you confirm that you have read and accept these standards.

3. Safeguarding & Responsibility
• The Club has a Duty of Care for gymnasts only during their scheduled class times beginning and ending at the gymnastics double doors
• Responsibility transfers back to parents/guardians once the gymnast is back through the double doors
• Parents/guardians must state how their child will be collected or if permission is given to leave alone. If you give permission for your gymnast to leave unaccompanied for example to walk home or to the car park you are accepting full responsibility for their safety and behaviour once through the double doors of the gym.
• The Club follows Scottish Gymnastics safeguarding policies, and concerns can be raised with the designated safeguarding officers Allyson Baird and Nicola Kennedy by e-mailing safeguardingAGC@gmail.com

4. Medical & Emergency Information
• Parents/guardians must provide accurate and up-to-date medical details and emergency contacts.
• Any changes must be notified immediately.
• In case of emergency, the Club may take necessary action in the best interests of the child until a parent/guardian can be contacted.

5. Registration & Communication
• The registration questions include questions covering key safeguarding and responsibility areas.
• Coaches and staff will be able to view these answers on the register to ensure your child’s safety and wellbeing during classes.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring all details provided are correct and updated as necessary

6. Fees & Payment
• Missed sessions are non-refundable unless cancelled by the Club.

7. Photography & Media
• Consent for photography/video will be asked during registration.
• Parents/guardians may choose to give or withhold consent.

1. You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
2. You and your child agree to follow the Club’s Codes of Conduct.
3. Your child holds valid Scottish Gymnastics membership as this includes Insurance during training and competitions.
