Auchterarder Gymnastics Club

These fun, health and well-being classes focus very much on having fun in the gym and developing the basic elements of flexibility, strength and body awareness. Gymnasts work towards skill development. Gymnasts are placed in groups based on their age and ability
and, where possible, work with the same coach each week.

Please book your gymnast into the class as below:

9.00am - 10.00am for age 4.5-7 years
10.00am - 11.00am for age 7-10 years
11.00am - 12.00pm for age 8-12 years

This class runs over four terms in the year.
