1 1/2 HR WORKSHOP Walkovers made easy (and super Fun) Master the back walkover with confidence in this dynamic 90-minute workshop! Designed for gymnasts ready to take their skills to the next level, this session focuses on flexibility, strength, and technique through targeted drills and hands-on coaching. With a maximum of 16 participants, each athlete gets individualized guidance in a safe and supportive setting.
